2023 Malbec Rosé - Single Vineyard
PRODUCTION
The 2022-2023 season enjoyed a dry Spring and then sunny days with a wide temperature range between day and night throughout March and most of April.
TASTING NOTES
This Malbec Rosé is light pink in colour. It has a fresh and aromatic nose, dominated by plum and cherries along with fresh herbs. The perception of red fruits immerses your palate enhanced by the round acidity, crisp mouthfeel and finish. It's perfect to enjoy on warm days.
This is our sixth year of making Rosé Wine, bled off our Malbec grapes. We are pleased to have produced such an attractive and elegant wine.
FOOD PAIRING
This is a relatively high-alcohol, dry Rosé wine. We recommend serving it very cold on a warm day, together with a red pasta sauce, pizza, or a strong cheese.
