2018 Malbec Rosé - Single Vineyard
PRODUCTION
The 2017-2018 season was an extraordinary year in terms of quality, plant vigor and yields. The growing conditions were nearly ideal, characterized by dry weather, and without any significant early frost or zonda winds. The season also brought very high thermal amplitudes (temperature ranges between day and night), which delivered wonderful intensity to the Malbec grapes.
TASTING NOTES
This Malbec Rosé presents with a light, bright pink colour and aromas of strawberry, fresh-cut watermelon, and rose petal. Fresh and crisp on the palate, it's perfect to enjoy on warm days.
This is our second Rosé Wine, bled off our Malbec grapes. We are pleased to have produced such an attractive and elegant wine.
FOOD PAIRING
This is a relatively high-alcohol, dry Rosé wine. We recommend serving it very cold on a warm day, together with a red pasta sauce, pizza, or a strong cheese.
