At Aluvión Vineyards, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, returns are generally limited to shipping errors or quality defects reported within 30 days.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Our Cellar
Send an email to our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or damage.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the damaged bottle, cork, or incorrect label to help our quality control team assessment.
- 3.Prepare for Pickup
If a return is required, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item; please ensure the bottle is recorked and securely packaged.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your claim is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
